Malheureusement, il est aussi l\u2019un de ceux qui peuvent le moins se prot\u00e9ger de ses effets. Voici un \u00e9tat des lieux.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c8265d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c8265d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAu Cambodge, dont l\u2019abondance d\u2019eau avait autrefois fait la richesse et la puissance, c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u2019eau qui devient aujourd\u2019hui un probl\u00e8me croissant. Le pays semble alterner entre de graves inondations et des s\u00e9cheresses tout aussi mena\u00e7antes. Autrefois, la saison des pluies li\u00e9e \u00e0 la mousson du sud-ouest se limitait \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de fin avril \u00e0 mi-octobre. Leurs m\u00e9thodes transmises depuis des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations ne fonctionnent plus face aux conditions climatiques toujours plus extr\u00eames du XXIe si\u00e8cle. L\u2019ancien grenier \u00e0 riz de l\u2019Asie du Sud-Est risque l\u2019effondrement. Nos propres r\u00e9coltes ont parfois nettement diminu\u00e9 ces derniers mois. Les riziculteurs de la province sont encore plus durement touch\u00e9s : localement, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 60 % des r\u00e9coltes du riz dit \u00ab de six mois \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truites.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-698e874 elementor-blockquote--align-left elementor-blockquote--skin-border elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"698e874\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t\u00ab Les inondations sont normales et importantes au Cambodge, car elles apportent des nutriments aux rizi\u00e8res. Mais les volumes d\u2019eau actuels emportent ces nutriments. Dans le district de Kampong Leng, \u00e0 environ 35 kilom\u00e8tres au nord de Kampong Chhnang, le Tonl\u00e9 Sap est mont\u00e9 au point que de nombreuses familles ne peuvent plus habiter chez elles et doivent se r\u00e9fugier en hauteur. Une cons\u00e9quence directe du typhon Noru, qui a apport\u00e9 pendant plusieurs jours des pluies si fortes, ici et ailleurs au Cambodge, qu\u2019au moins 16 personnes ont perdu la vie dans les crues soudaines, selon le gouvernement cambodgien.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8305efe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8305efe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNotre aide spontan\u00e9e soulage les besoins urgents\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2143eb9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2143eb9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tComme lors de nombreuses catastrophes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de soutenir la population de la commune particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9e de Phlov Touk avec de la nourriture et des m\u00e9dicaments.
